FULLERTON, Calif. (April 12, 2017) –– The Fullerton Community Center will host a four-week nutrition series, “Balancing Your Lifestyle with Whole Foods,” Thursdays, April 20 through May 11.
The course will be held from 12:45 to 2:15 p.m. and will be taught by a certified health coach. Transitioning to a whole foods lifestyle is not easy in this fast-paced, high-stress world, especially as we get older.
The series will provide education about the benefits of a whole foods focus and the building of positive nutrition habits. Participants can improve their health with proactive planning and gain the edge on stress in their life by discovering helpful de-stressing techniques.
Each session will include recipe suggestions, food prepping and sampling. Support from other like-minded people on the journey is a recommended tip for success.
