The Fullerton Community Center will host a free five-week nutrition series “Good, Better, Best Nutrition” beginning Thursday, October 20. The course will be held once a week on Thursday from 12:45 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. and will be taught by a certified health coach.
Attend “Good, Better, Best Nutrition” and determine if the foods you are selecting are providing the nutrition you need for best health. Learn about foods that may even help prevent health conditions or help improve existing conditions. The program ultimately advocates tips for improved health through best nutritional choices. Learn more about shopping smart, how to buy organic foods, and the best methods to prepare food. In addition, learn techniques to help you better enjoy your nutritious meals. Food preparation and sampling will be included.
There is no cost for the series, but registration is requested. The nutrition series starts on October 20 and ends on November 17. Please call the Fullerton Community Center at (714) 738-6305 for more information and to register.
