Library Presentations Offer Perspectives on Fullerton’s Landscaping
The Fullerton Public Library will host two presentations offering perspectives on Fullerton’s landscaping on Tuesday, May 17, beginning at 7 p.m. The program will feature Dennis Quinlivan, Deputy Director of Maintenance Services for City of Fullerton, who will share his perspective, “The Changing Landscape of Fullerton” and licensed landscape architect Naomi Gruenthal, who will present her program, “Landscape Design with California Native Plants.”
The workshop will focus on the landscaping of residential properties as California continues to experience an historic drought—including landscaping design basics and how to incorporate native plants into gardens and yards. Managing water use during a period of continued water restrictions will also be talked about.
