Deadline to Submit Maps for Fullerton District Elections is May 10
The deadline to submit maps for district elections mapping process consideration is Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. Maps may be submitted to the Fullerton City Clerk in person or electronically to email@example.com.
On April 19, 2016, the Fullerton City Council held a public hearing to consider presentations from the City Attorney’s Office, Arellano Associates and David Ely of Compass Demographics. The presentations covered results of the Round 2 community meetings and Mr. Ely’s recommendations for which map should be included in the November 2016 ballot measure. Mr. Ely and the City Attorney’s Office will incorporate comments received at the April 19 public hearing into their next presentation and provide answers to outstanding questions at the final Public Hearing at the May 17, 2016, City Council Meeting, at 6:30 p.m.
Mapping software and the previously submitted maps are available for viewing at CityofFullerton.com, by selecting the District Election Mapping icon on the homepage.
