The Sewer Service Fee is based on the actual water usage of each Fullerton resident and/or business. The fee will cover the costs for operation and maintenance, compliance with regulatory agency requirements, capital improvement and replacement of the sewer system. All revenue collected from the sewer fee is placed in the Sewer Enterprise Fund. Sewer Enterprise Fund revenues can only be spent on sewer related maintenance, operations and capital improvements.

Half-Acre Lot

We have a Large Lot Rate that charges residents who own property of at least one-half acre for 20% of their water use rather than the standard 40%. To qualify, you need to complete the application and provide proof of lot size. Call Sewer Supervisor - Ben Perez at (714) 738-2810 for more information.
