Home MenuTree Planting Program
The City of Fullerton is offering a free tree planting program for eligible residential parkways that currently do not have a tree. This initiative supports our commitment to enhancing neighborhood aesthetics, improving air quality, and increasing shade throughout the city.
Program Overview
This program is for new tree installations only. Healthy existing trees will not be removed or replaced.
How It Works
- Submit a request through the MyFullertonApp, the City website (under the “Tree Trimming” category), or by calling Public Works Maintenance at (714) 738-6897.
- The Landscape & Tree Division will inspect your parkway to determine eligibility.
If approved, your address will be added to the planting list. Tree planting is scheduled to begin early next year.
Resident Responsibilities
Once a tree is planted, residents are asked to assist by watering it regularly, especially during warmer months, to ensure healthy growth.
