The Return Home Registry is a proactive initiative by the Fullerton Police Department to aid in the location and return of missing individuals to their families or caregivers.  While participation does not guarantee a safe return, it gives law enforcement immediate access to information that may play a key role in locating your loved one.

This voluntary program is free of charge and is designed for caregivers of individuals affected with cognitive conditions such as Alzheimer's, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome as well as children with unique needs.  The Return Home Registry adheres to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).
