Online reporting is intended for non-emergency incidents that are not in progress and do not require an on-scene officer response.
Please note: Not all incidents are eligible for online reporting.

✔ This is not an emergency
✔ The incident occurred within Fullerton city limits
✔ The incident did not occur on a State Freeway (I-5, SR-57, SR-91)

- Assault (excluding domestic violence — must be reported in person)
- Burglary (unattached garage, business, storage shed, or vehicle)
- Child Custody Violations (documentation only)
- Credit/Debit Card Fraud, Financial Crimes, Identity Theft (under $100,000 value)
- Harassment
- Property Damage, Vandalism, Graffiti (under $5,000 value)
- Theft, Theft of Services, Shoplifting(under $5,000 value)
- Lost Property
- Trespassing
- Lost or Stolen Cell Phone

After You Submit Your Report
- Your report will be reviewed by the Fullerton Police Department
- You will receive a submission tracking number for your records
- You may be contacted by email or phone if additional information is needed
- Once approved, you will receive an email with your FPD case number
Supplemental (Follow-Up) Reports
You can submit additional information online. Simply reference your existing case number and your follow-up will be linked to the original report.
Digital evidence such as photos, videos, or documents can be uploaded with your report.
