Sports Field Request Application

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

1. Applicant may be required to provide a security deposit of $150 at the time of reservation.

2. All fees for field use must be paid 2 weeks prior to the rental start date.

3.  Applicant must obtain Liability Insurance for practices, games, events, and/or tournaments at the discretion of the Parks and Recreation Department.

4. Submit Field request to parks@ci.fullerton.ca.us or drop off at City Hall 3rd Floor.
