Code Enforcement

Our team ensures existing structures and premises remain safe for the public and firefighters alike. We strictly enforce mandated safety standards, including the California Fire Code and California Code of Regulations.

Safety Education

Prevention begins with awareness. We promote public life safety through educational outreach, providing guidance on fire-safe practices to local businesses and residents.

Hazardous Materials Partnership

In 2021, the County of Orange Health Care Agency (Environmental Health Division) assumed responsibility for all state-mandated hazardous materials programs.

The Fire Prevention Division works cooperatively with the County to manage required disclosures and city permits, ensuring seamless environmental safety within Fullerton.
