Fullerton Fire has partnered with First Due to provide a secure, modern payment experience. The Fire Department now handles all credit/debit processing fees on your behalf – there are no additional costs to pay your invoice online.

General Billing Information

How will I receive my invoice?

Invoices are sent directly to you via email or U.S. Mail to ensure secure access to your billing information. Emailed invoices will arrive from: fireprevention@alerts.fullertonfire.org

How do I pay my invoice?

Your invoice contains specific instructions for two easy payment methods:

  • Online Portal: Use the secure URL or scan the QR code on your invoice to pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, or ACH bank withdrawal.
  • By Check: Mail a check made out to the City of Fullerton to the address listed on your invoice.
Is the online payment portal secure?

Yes. Each invoice includes a unique URL and QR code that directs you to a safe, encrypted payment portal. Always verify that emailed invoices come from our official sender address.
