COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY TRAINING
Every member of our paramedic team is first a Fullerton Firefighter. This dual-role ensures that our personnel can manage complex technical rescues and fire suppression while simultaneously providing Advanced Life Support (ALS).
We maintain a rigorous training partnership with Saddleback College to ensure our paramedics remain at the forefront of emergency medicine.
System of Care
On every 911 medical call, Fullerton residents receive a multi-tiered response designed for maximum efficiency:
- ALS Engine: Minimum of two Firefighter/Paramedics for advanced-level treatment.
- BLS Truck: Four Firefighter EMTs for rapid initial care and AED use.
- Ambulance Transport: Coordinated response with our ambulance units for hospital transfer.
