Requests are processed first-come, first-served and must be submitted at least 30 days in advance. Primary availability is Fridays from 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM; other days are subject to department scheduling. Group sizes are limited to 30 participants (smaller groups may be combined). Please allow 5-7 business days for confirmation. Priority is given to Fullerton residents and local organizations; non-Fullerton groups are not guaranteed and are encouraged to contact their local fire department. Please note that visits are subject to change or interruption due to emergency response.
