* Evacuation Ready: Items marked with an asterisk (*) should be kept in an easy-to-carry container (like a backpack or duffle bag) in case you need to leave your home quickly.
Water & Food
- Water: 1 gallon per person/day (3-day supply minimum)*
- Non-perishables: Ready-to-eat meats, fruits, and veggies*
- Canned juices & high-energy foods
- Manual can opener & utility knife*
- Vitamins & comfort/stress foods
First Aid & Medical
- Assorted bandages & sterile dressings*
- Germicidal wipes / Hand sanitizer*
- Medical grade non-latex gloves*
- Antibacterial ointment & Tweezers
- Pain relievers & Antacids
- Prescriptions: Heart, BP, or Insulin*
Tools & Supplies
- Battery-operated radio & extra batteries*
- Flashlight & extra batteries*
- Whistle & signal flare

Sanitation & Hygiene
- Toilet paper & towelettes*
