Supervised Career Training

The Fullerton Fire Cadet Program provides young adults with a rewarding starting point for a career in the fire service. Under the direct supervision of professional Fullerton Firefighters, participants learn essential skills through hands-on technical drills and fire station life.

Eligible Cadets may earn the opportunity to participate in the department’s Ride-Along Program. This allows Cadets to witness field operations first-hand as supervised observers during actual emergency calls.
