Project Location: NWC South Lemon Avenue and East Orangethorpe Avenue (223, 225, 229 East Orangethorpe Avenue and 1101 and 1111 South Lemon Street)

Project Description:  The project proposes to construct a 329-unit, 5-story residential building wrapping a 567-space, 6-story parking structure with up to 6,500 square feet of retail on a 4.47-acre site.

Environmental Documents

The Initial Study is available for public review for a period of 20-days from Tuesday, September 7, 2021 through September 27, 2021.   Written comments concerning the analysis contained in the Draft Initial Study should be sent to: Planning Manager at 303 West Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832.  For additional viewing locations, please reference Notice of Intent below. 

Public Hearings

The project is scheduled for a public hearing before the Planning Commission on Wednesday, October 13, 2021.  The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council.   The City Council public hearing date is to be determined.
