The Fullerton Airport is always looking to expand aviation services to meet the needs of our pilots and fixed based operators.

All persons or businesses who wish to conduct commercial activities on site must first obtain a Commercial Operator Permit by completing a General Aviation Operator and Lessee Application. Once approved:

• Provide proof that you have obtained a Business Registration Certificate from the City of Fullerton (Visit our Business Registration page for more information on registering your business or to fill out the application)
• Provide current proof of insurance naming City of Fullerton as additionally insured
• Pay a fee of $150 annually

In addition to obtaining a Commercial Operating Permit, operators are expected to abide by all rules and regulations of the Fullerton Municipal Code, Chapter 18, and the Fullerton Municipal Airport Gate Card Policy for commercial operations.
