Dear Valued Vendors! Beginning in June 2025, the City is now utilizing OpenGov, its new e-Procurement Solution for publishing Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Qualifications (RFQs) solicitations, Project Bids, and receiving vendor responses. OpenGov is a “fully automated”, web-based electronic Bidding and Vendor Management system. Vendors who wish to do “business with the City” can register on OpenGov and simply “subscribe” to City of Fullerton. Registration is 100% free for vendors! Register your account early to begin receiving email notifications for the City’s future Bid/RFP opportunities.
Purchasing
The Purchasing Division provides and coordinates the procurement of goods and services for the City to ensure fair and competitive pricing, ensures adherence to the City's purchasing codes and applicable state and federal laws, and assists in contract management. Responsibilities include processing all purchase orders, coordinating the competitive bidding process, and maintaining the list of qualified vendors. The division also provides for the daily collection, sorting and metering of all City mail.
