1 City paid miscellaneous benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life, and long term disability insurances, employee assistance program, retiree health savings account, Medicare, auto allowance (City Manager and Executives receive a flat rate per agreement or Executive Resolution. Chief of Police and Fire Chief are issued vehicles for City use, annual cost is estimated. City Manager, Chief of Police and Executives also have access to $750 per year reimbursement for medical examination and $2500 per year for tuition reimbursement.
