Project applications include requests for a Zoning Amendment (from R-1-20 to PRD), an Abandonment (sewer and water line easement), a Tentative Tract Map (for condominium purposes), a Major Site Plan (for site, architectural and conceptual landscape design) and a General Plan Revision (from Religious Use to Low Density Residential).
