Harbor Walk Specific Plan

Project Description Demolition of an existing auto sales center and construction of apartments in a Mixed-Use development View a map
    The Mixed-Use project includes 150 apartments, seven of which are live-work units, leasing office, club room and fitness center, and a common outdoor recreation area featuring a swimming pool, lounge area and restrooms. Also provided is a semi-subterranean parking level beneath the apartment building, a surface parking lot and a separate stand-alone parking structure.
