Brief Description:

Developer Pacific Coast Homes proposes a Vesting Tentative Tract Map to subdivide the approximately 510 acre property for open space, a maximum of 760 single family detached and attached homes, vehicular/bicycle/pedestrian circulation and a small commercial center on approximately 510 acres of property.  The property is adjacent to the 72± acre Robert E Ward Nature Preserve.  The project area is located generally between Rosecrans Avenue and the northern city limits and eastern edge of the Hawks Pointe development (off Beach Blvd.) and Euclid Avenue.
