Bids, Proposals, and Quotes

 Beginning July 1^st, 2025, the City of Fullerton’s solicitations for bids, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and quotes will be available via the City’s new E-Procurement Portal, OpenGov. All bid and RFP/Q results and award notices will also be available on OpenGov.

What is OpenGov?

OpenGov is a “fully automated”, web-based electronic Bidding and Vendor Management system!  Vendors who wish to do “business with the City” can register on OpenGov and simply “subscribe” to City of Fullerton for all bid opportunities. Businesses who have registered in the City’s OpenGov Portal will receive email notices when a new request for bid or proposal relevant to their line of business is issued. Any interested party may view the City's solicitations, as well as bid results and final notices of award, by logging into the City’s OpenGov Portal and using the search features to locate items of interest.

2. Complete Registration & Activate your Account.
3. Subscribe to the City of Fullerton
4. Update your Company Profile and Purchasing Categories!
