The purchasing divisions provides and coordinates the procurement of goods and services for the City to ensure fair and competitive pricing. Responsibilities include coordinating the competitive bidding process and maintaining the list of qualified vendors. The division also provides for the daily collection, sorting and metering of all City mail.
