The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will be accepting public comments on its proposed cleanup plan to contain and treat contaminated groundwater at the Orange County North Basin Superfund site.

EPA will hold a public meeting in Fullerton to explain the proposed plan and hear directly from community members:

Attendees will have the opportunity to provide oral comments on the proposed cleanup plan.

Unable to Attend the Fullerton Meeting? Additional public meetings will be held with the same presentation:

• January 21, 2026 – Buena Park

• January 29, 2026 – Anaheim

Written comments on the proposed plan are being accepted and must be submitted no later than February 19, 2026.
