Persons addressing the Commission shall be limited to five minutes unless an extension of time is granted by the Chairman subject to approval of the Commission members. When any group of persons wishes to address the Commission, it shall be proper for the Chairman to request that a spokesman be chosen to represent the group.

Public comment will be allowed on items on this agenda at the time each item is considered.

At the end of this agenda, public comments will also be allowed on items NOT on the agenda, but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission. However, NO action may be taken on off-agenda items except as provided by law.


APPROVAL OF MINUTES

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF DECEMBER 1, 2003.

NEW BUSINESS

  1. ELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON AND VICE-CHAIRPERSON.

  2. CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST FOR A CROSSING GUARD AT ACACIA AVENUE AND WILSHIRE AVENUE ADJACENT TO LADERA VISTA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL.

  3. CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO REMOVE THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF WOODS AVENUE BETWEEN ROBERTA AVENUE AND BAKER AVENUE.

  4. CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO REMOVE THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF GREGORY AVENUE IN THE 2000 BLOCK BETWEEN CHAPMAN AVENUE AND JULIE AVENUE.

  5. CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO REMOVE THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF RICHMAN AVENUE BETWEEN WHITING AVENUE AND CHAPMAN AVENUE.

  6. CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO REMOVE THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF ORCHARD AVENUE BETWEEN CHAPMAN AVENUE AND ITS NORTHERLY TERMINUS.

  7. CONCURRENCE TO REMOVE THE CROSSWALK ON STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD AT YORBA LINDA BOULEVARD.

  8. CONSIDERATION OF A STAFF RECOMMENDATION TO INSTALL "NO STOPPING ANYTIME" ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF LAMBERT ROAD BETWEEN HARBOR BOULEVARD AND PALM STREET.

Public comments will be allowed on matters not appearing on the agenda but within the Commission's jurisdiction.
