Whenever any person complains about the conduct of a Fullerton Police Employee, the complaint will be received in an objective manner and thoroughly investigated by an appropriate supervisor.
Graffiti
The City recognizes graffiti as a serious problem. We have set up a special 24-hour graffiti hotline to report graffiti vandalism - (714) 738-3108. Maintenance Services removes Graffiti.
