The Fullerton Police Department Chaplain is Deacon Jay Milam. He assists on a volunteer basis to provide emotional support and counseling to victims of crimes and their families as well as Department personnel and their families. His compassion and concern for others is a great asset to the police department and the community they serve.

Appointed as Department Chaplin in December of 2001, Milam continues to serve the Department.
