FIREFIGHTER RECRUITMENT RESULTS (updated 05/10/2010)
678 candidates took the written test.
494 candidates passed the written test.
138 candidates were invited to oral interviews.
FINAL RESULTS
299 candidates remain on a Hold List.
114 candidates were placed on the Eligible List.
The City of Fullerton does not rank nor band its Eligible Lists. Per our Personnel Rules and Regulations, the Fire Chief and/or his/her designee may contact any candidate on the Eligible List for further employment consideration. The Fire Chief is not required to contact all individuals on the eligible list before making a selection.
Should Human Resources determine that an insufficient number of candidates remain on the Firefighter Eligible List, candidates on the Hold List will be invited to an oral interview. Human Resources is not required to contact all individuals on the hold list. Successful candidates will then be added to the Eligible List.
