Highland) | | DESCRIPTION: | The Summer Playgrounds program offers activities such as arts & crafts, cooperative games, educational enrichment, excursions, special events, and team sports. Children must bring a sack lunch daily. Additional excursion fees may apply. Your child may request additional money on some of the excursions to play games, buy snacks or souvenirs. | | REGISTRATION: | Registration for the first four week session (June 21 - July 16) begins Monday, June 7, weekdays, noon to 8:00 p.m. in-person at Independence Park (801 W. Valencia Dr., Gymnasium Office). Registration for the second four week session (July 19 - August 13) begins on Monday, July 5 at all the parks listed above.
