The mural is the first art work produced under “Project Safe.”
Local high school students who assisted Fowler with the project were Yoon Jin Cho, Tierra Beasley, Amanda Ash, Kenny Mastriocchio, Elvis Villasenor, and Jennifer Tigueros.
