Hatching the Past: Dinosaur Eggs, Nests, and Young January 27, 2007 to April 29, 2007
Recent discoveries of dinosaur eggs, nests, and even embryos have provided new evidence to unlock the mysteries of dinosaur reproductive behavior. Did dinosaurs care for their young? What was life like for baby dinosaurs? Are dinosaurs alive today? The answers may surprise you!! This hands-on exhibit features actual fossils of dinosaur eggs along with many educational tools that portray and illustrate life in those more than ancient times. Luis V. Rey created much of the artwork especially for this exhibition, and past venues for the show include museums at both Harvard and Yale universities. View Press Release |
