Persons addressing the Commission shall be limited to five minutes unless an extension of time is granted by the Chairman subject to approval of the Commission members. When any group of persons wishes to address the Commission, it shall be proper for the Chairman to request that a spokesman be chosen to represent the group.
Public comment will be allowed on items on this agenda at the time each item is considered.
At the end of this agenda, public comments will also be allowed on items NOT on the agenda, but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission. However, NO action may be taken on off-agenda items except as provided by law.

CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO REMOVE THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTION BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 2:00 A.M. AND 5:00 A.M. ON BOTH SIDES OF ORCHARD AVENUE BETWEEN CHAPMAN AVENUE AND ITS NORTHERLY TERMINUS.
CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO REMOVE THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTION BETWEEN 2:00 A.M. AND 5:00 A.M. ON BOTH SIDES OF GREGORY AVENUE FROM PRITCHARD AVENUE TO ITS EASTERLY TERMINUS; AND ON BOTH SIDES OF VERMONT AVENUE FROM GREGORY AVENUE TO ITS NORTHERLY TERMINUS.
CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO IMPLEMENT A 2-HOUR PARKING RESTRICTION ON BOTH SIDES OF MAERTIN LANE BETWEEN NUTWOOD AVENUE AND VICTORIA DRIVE.
CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO INSTALL A DISABLED PERSON'S PARKING SPACE ON THE EAST SIDE OF GILBERT STREET ADJACENT TO 914 S. GILBERT STREET.
CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO INSTALL A "TEMPORARY" 3-HOUR PARKING RESTRICTION ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WALNUT AVENUE EAST OF HARBOR IN FRONT OF 110 AND 112 E. WALNUT AVENUE.
CONSIDERATION OF A STAFF RECOMMENDATION TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF DOROTHY LANE FROM 120-FEET WEST OF ACACIA AVENUE TO ACACIA AVENUE.
CONSIDERATION OF A STAFF RECOMMENDATION TO IMPLEMENT "NO STOPPING ANYTIME" ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CHAPMAN AVENUE FROM LEMON STREET TO BERKELEY AVENUE.
APPROVE SEVERAL STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS REVISING THE EXISTING PARAMETERS OF SELECT OVERNIGHT PARKING EXEMPTIONS.
Public comments will be allowed on matters not appearing on the agenda but within the Commission's jurisdiction.
