This project was awarded to Mackone Development, Inc. for $2,226,270.59.

The project site is located at 701 S. Lemon Street and the project consists of demolition of existing site amenities, provision of grading and drainage, building refurbishment, sewer and water, addition of new parking lot, resurfacing of partial existing parking lot, reconstruction of street median and driveway, site electrical, concrete paving, Tot lot with play equipment, basketball court, site furniture, fencing, irrigation, and planting.  It is scheduled to be completed by end of May 2012.
