Projects in Construction

The Construction Management Division of the Engineering Department provides contract administration and construction inspection services to ensure contract compliance, quality workmanship and timely completion of all Capital Improvements Projects. The Division includes one Construction Services manager, two engineers, one Principal Construction Inspector, three Construction Inspectors, and one Water/Construction Inspector. In addition, the City occasionally utilizes consultants to augment the full-time staff when necessary due to increased workloads.
