Standard Drawings
The City has standard drawings for most public improvements. If the City does not have a standard drawing for a particular item, another agency's standard drawing may be utilized subject to the approval of the Director of Engineering. All construction shall be in compliance with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Green Book). All lane closures and/or detours shall be in compliance with the WATCH Manual. Lighted arrow boards will be required on all lane closures on Arterial Streets. Work hours on Arterial Streets shall be limited between 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekdays. On Harbor Boulevard from Berkeley Avenue to the 91 Freeway the hours are limited between 8:30a.m. to 11:30a.m. and between 1:30p.m. to 3:30p.m. |
