General Engineering

Engineering Services is the section of the engineering department that deals private development. This section provides the following services:

• Review private development plans to ensure that the public infrastructure is provided and installed to meet City standards
• Issue public encroachment permits for all work within the public right-of-way
• Review lot line adjustments and consolidations
• Review tract and parcel maps
• Provide flood zone information
• Maintain City centerline ties and benchmarks
• Assign addresses
• Provide general engineering information
