1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING ON MARCH 21, 2002
   Approved.

2. REVIEW OF PROPOSED C.I.P. PROJECTS
   Regarding bus benches/shelters, Jane Reifer expressed concern that scope of bench maintenance should specify washing on a scheduled basis.

3. DOWNTOWN PARKING STUDY
   Jane Reifer suggested that efforts to use alternatives to the automobile should be included either as a long term measure or a parking management tool.

4. PROJECT STATUS - INFORMATION ITEM
   Brian Williams discussed the status of his building addition.

   Walt Johnson's block - private property fence has made alley circulation difficult. He has three restaurants to take over all of his Commonwealth property.

5. OTHER BUSINESS
   Jane Reifer passed out Fullerton Historical Theater Foundation and CenterLine support group brochures, and combined Amtrak/Metrolink schedules.
