How to use the calendar: To be considered for project review before the Staff Review Committee, submit at least three sets of plans and the completed Preliminary Environmental Description form by the Preliminary Environmental Description Deadline date (you may submit your entire application, all plans and fees at this time if you wish). If you cannot complete your entire application packet at once, application fees and the remainder of your application forms and plan sets may be submitted up to the date listed in the Application Deadline column. If these deadline dates are met, your item will be tentatively scheduled for the "Minor Staff Meeting" date listed at the end of the corresponding row.

Submitting plans, applications or fees by the deadline dates does not guarantee that your item will be reviewed on a specific date; a meeting date will be determined once your application packet and plans have been thoroughly reviewed by City staff and in accordance with all govering legal statutes.

Dates may be modified to meet holiday schedules. Verify meeting dates with staff.
