How to use the calendar

For Minor Development Projects: Submit plans and a completed application packet by the date listed in the Minor Development Project Application Deadline column.  Your project will be tentatively scheduled for the "RDRC Meeting Date" at the end of the row.

For Major Development Projects: Submit plans and a completed application packet by the date listed in the Major Development Projects table.  (Major Development Projects require Planning Commission approval).

Submitting plans, applications or fees by the deadline dates does not guarantee that your item will be heard on a specific date; a hearing date will be determined once your application packet and plans have been thoroughly reviewed by City staff and in accordance with all govering legal statutes.

Dates may be modified to meet holiday schedules. Verify meeting dates with staff.
