| | | World Citrus Site (W. Santa Fe Ave., west of Malden Ave.) Project Description: The project applicant, City of Fullerton, is requesting a demolition permit to allow for the removal of the eight World Citrus Facility buildings and associated aboveground building features on the project site. Removal of the buildings is being proposed to eliminate the existing vacant and deteriorated buildings that currently present a safety hazard. Section 2 of the IS and MND, above, contains a map of the project area (approximately 2.25 acres).
Status (2/2/2012): Demolition as been completed on this site. Construction underway for SOCO Parking Structure and 250 W. Santa Fe Housing Development by St. Anton Partners. Status as of August 18, 2010:Initial Study (IS) and Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) have been posted for review, below: Appendices for this document are available for review by request.
