Condominium Tract Map was approved by City Council.

Status as of 9/21/06

The City Council approved the proposed apartment complex, but directed staff to work with the applicant in preparing a Tract Map for condominium units. Should the applicant prepare a Tract Map, it will return to the Council for final review and approval.

Status as of 8/1/06

The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the project to the City Council. The project has been tentatively scheduled for City Council hearing on September 19, 2006.

Status as of 5/25/06

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration. The City has completed an Initial Study for the project and has concluded that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment. The Initial Study document is available for public review and comment through June 14, 2006.

A Public Hearing is scheduled for the Planning Commission on June 28, 2006, 7:00 p.m. at the Fullerton City Hall Council Chambers, 303 W. Commonwealth Ave.
