Minutes of meetings have been provided to the City by EV Free as a record of items discussed. City representatives are not present at these meeting, and cannot verify the accuracy of the minutes.

Brief Project Description:

Approved project includes a new 20,000 square foot multi-purpose building, a 16,000 square foot administrative building and a three-level parking structure (two stories plus roof parking) at 2801 N. Brea Blvd. An Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the project.

Parking structure construction expected to begin in late January 2007, and to complete in November 2007.

Grading permit issued and grading is nearing completion.

Status as of 6/1/06:

Project, as proposed, was denied without prejudice by the City Council at a public hearing held on May 2, 2006. The applicant has proposed design modifications. At their June 6, 2006 meeting, the City Council may consider a motion to agendize the project. If the motion is approved, a public hearing will be set, likely for the June 20, 2006 City Council meeting.
