Sunrise Village Shopping Center (Euclid and Rosecrans)

Current status as of April 16, 2008:

The property has been sold. The mixed use project proposal has been withdrawn.

The new owner is proposing a facade remodel to the main shopping center building. The CVS building and other "out parcel" structures will not be affected by the new owner's current proposal. No additional square footage is proposed, and no changes to the parking lot or vehicle circulation are being considered at this time.

A facade remodel is a Minor Site Plan application, and is scheduled for Redevelopment Design Review Committee (RDRC) consideration on April 24, 2008. Notices of the remodel were mailed to owners of adjacent properties pursuant to the Municipal Code. Please contact Acting Chief Planner Jay Eastman at 714-738-6549 with any further questions.
