Public comment will be allowed on agenda items at the time the item is considered.

Public comment will be allowed on matters not appearing on the agenda, but within the Site Plan Review Committee's jurisdiction, at the end of the agenda. No action may be taken on off-agenda items except as provided by law.

The Staff Review Committee's approval or denial of any action on this agenda shall be final and effective ten days after its decision unless an appeal is made in writing within this ten-day period to the Planning Commission by either an applicant or an opponent. The filing of an appeal within such time limit shall stay the effective date of the order of the Staff Review Committee until such time as the Planning Commission has acted on the appeal. Anyone interested in making an appeal should contact the Development Services Department for assistance.

A request for a telecommunication facility on property located at 2270 Rosecrans Avenue (southeast corner of Rosecrans Avenue and Gilbert Street) (O-P zone) (Categorically exempt under Section 15532 of CEQA Guidelines) (Continued from May 15, 2003) (BLI).

    2. PRJ03-00298 - ZON03-00022. APPLICANT DELTA GROUPS ENGINEERING, INC. PROPERTY OWNER: ST. STEPHENS LUTHERAN CHURCH OF FULLERTON. A request to consider the installation of a commercial telecommunication facility by using an existing 66-foot high steeple that is part of a church use, on property located at 2311 East Chapman Avenue (north side of Chapman Avenue between approximately 560 feet and 815 feet west of State College Boulevard (R-1-7,200 zone) (Categorically exempt under Section 15332 of CEQA Guidelines) (AKU/SMI).

    3. PRJ03-00292 - ZON03-00021 - APPLICANT AND PROPERTY OWNER: FRANCISCO NEVAREZ. A request to consider a reduction in the front yard setback from 25.5 feet to 20.5 feet, as part of a proposed addition to an existing single-family residence, on property located at 412 Diana Place (east side of Diana Place between approximately 180 feet and 240 feet north of Chapman Avenue) (R-1-7.2 zone) (Categorically exempt under Section 15332 of CEQA Guidelines) (HSO)
