The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Council for the regulation of future growth, development and beautification of the city in relation to its public buildings, streets, grounds, and vacant lots; to study, prepare and recommend a master or general plan or amendment thereto for the physical development of Fullerton and any land abutting its boundaries; and to review the Capital Improvement Program as it relates to the General Plan.

The Committee meets twice a month on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. and/or 7:00 p.m. in Fullerton City Hall, Council Chambers, 303 W. Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832.
