Fullerton celebrates "Clean Energy Day" from 10 am to 2 pm with the grand opening of EcoFuel CNG, their new compressed natural gas fueling center followed at 11am with free eWaste Recycling and free paper shredding till 2pm. It's located at 1600 W. Commonwealth Avenue at Basque Avenue.

6:00 PMSymposium on the Impact of Oil Extraction in North Orange County
The Symposium will feature experts in the fields of seismology, hydrogeology, air quality, and environmental geology who will speak to the potential impact of oil pumping – including fracking – on our groundwater, earthquake hazard, and water quality. Representatives of the local oil industry will also present information about ongoing oil drilling in north Orange County. Finally, representatives of the California Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Energy Resources – the government entity responsible for overseeing oil production in California – will be on hand to discuss regulatory and policy aspects of oil drilling.

The Farmers Market offers fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, honey, fish, flowers, plants, nuts and bread. The vendors/farmers make the trek weekly to Fullerton from as far away as Brawley to the south and Fresno to the north, and many have established friendships with their long-time customers.

Stroller Brigade is back! Bring in your toddlers and preschoolers for docent-led crafts, songs, games and stories in the main gallery.
4:00 PMEconomic Development Commission
The Economic Development Commission implements the Fullerton Plan (General Plan) by serving as a focal point for the community, businesses, City economic development policies and programs. The EDC reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council regarding economic development policies and programs related to the City.

The EDC meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. and the fourth Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. at Fullerton City Hall, City Council Conference Room, 303 W. Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832.
7:00 PMPlanning Commission Meeting - Cancelled
The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Council for the regulation of future growth, development and beautification of the city in relation to its public buildings, streets, grounds, and vacant lots; to study, prepare and recommend a master or general plan or amendment thereto for the physical development of Fullerton and any land abutting its boundaries; and to review the Capital Improvement Program as it relates to the General Plan. The Commission meets twice a month on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. in Fullerton City Hall, Council Chamber, 303 W. Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832
