Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Approve the August 31, 2006 and September 7, 2006 meeting minutes.

2. INTERVIEW APPLICANTS FOR BICYCLE USERS SUBCOMMITTEE, FULLERTON MUSEUM CENTER ASSOCIATION, LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES, PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION, AND UNDERGROUND UTILITIES COMMISSION
The Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board will interview applicants for the Bicycle Users Subcommittee, Fullerton Museum Center Association, Library Board of Trustees, Parks and Recreation Commission, and Underground Utilities Commission.
