Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Approve the November 16, 2006 meeting minutes.

2. INTERVIEW APPLICANTS FOR ENERGY AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE, PLANNING COMMISSION, REDEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE, FULLERTON MUSEUM CENTER ASSOCIATION, AND PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
The Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board will interview applicants for the Energy and Resource Management Committee, Planning Commission, Redevelopment Design Review Committee, Fullerton Museum Center Association, and Parks and Recreation Commission.
Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk:Interview applicants for the Energy and Resource Management Committee, Planning Commission, Redevelopment Design Review Committee, Fullerton Museum Center Association, and Parks and Recreation Commission.

3. DISCUSSION OF A PROPOSAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING THE SCOPE AND POTENTIAL EXPANSION OR REDUCTION OF THE APPLICANT REVIEW BOARD’S RESPONSIBILITIES

Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk:Conduct a discussion of a proposal to the City Council regarding the scope and potential expansion or reduction of the Applicant Review Board’s responsibilities.
