REGULAR BUSINESS (Items 1 through 4)
1. MINUTES - AUGUST 22, 2005
Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Approve the August 22, 2005 meeting minutes.
2. CITY COUNCIL APPOINTMENTS
On September 6, 2005, the City Council made appointments to the Community Development Citizens' Committee, North and Southcentral areas; and the Technology Working Group. Staff will present the results of those appointments.
Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Receive and file.
3. INTERVIEW APPLICANTS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CITIZENS' COMMITTEE, SOUTHWEST AREA, 1 VACANCY, SOUTHEAST AREA, 2 VACANCIES; AND TECHNOLOGY WORKING GROUP, FLEXIBLE MEMBERSHIP
The Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board will interview applicants for three Community Development Citizens' Committee vacancies and for the Technology Working Group, appointments above the minimum of seven group members.
Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Interview applicants for the Community Development Citizens' Committee and Technology Working Group.
4. COMMISSION/COMMITTEE APPLICATION
The Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board has requested to review and update the current commission/committee application form.
Recommendation by the Office of the City Clerk: Pleasure of the Commission/Committee Applicant Review Board.
